The above listed property has been found to be in violation of the following State Codes
and/or City Ordinances:
1. Right rear exterior door jams against flooring, does not open fully,fire egress
hazard.
2. Right rear hall, uncovered electrical boxes, lack of switch plate.
3. Right rear basement stairs need repair.
4. Common Area electrical is picked up by left front unit, no common meter.
5. All basement windows are sealed and blocked with plywood, no ventilation.
6. Gasoline improperly stored in basement.
7. First floor rear unit has old rotting tub surround, exhibits evidence of continual
leaking.
8. Emergency lights throughout building are in disrepair.
9. Second Floor Right unit, cords under rug, non-working hardwired smoke
detector.
10. Second Floor Right unit has second egress from bedroom.
11. First Floor Right unit Bathroom ceiling has been removed without permit.
12. Front Left hallway and stairway cluttered with debris.
13. Front left hallway has disconnected hardwired smoke unit.
Said violations must be corrected, repaired, and/or brought into compliance within 14
days of your receipt of this notice. Failure to do so may result in further actions being
brought against you, up to and including the filing of complaints at District Court.

As a result of an inspection this date of the premises, structure
