to the property presently owned by Bardolph Realty Trust, 13 Lemon St. Salem,
Ma.
I sold the property to the above in 1984 and was the previous owner from 1968,
Mrs. Hickey had owned the property for years as a three family dwelling with
a small hairdressing business in her first floor apartment.of four rooms.
The second and third floor consisted of a four room apartment with kitchen and
bath and the third consisted of two rooms kitchen and bath.
Each had their own electrical meter and heat was supplied by a single steam
boiler, fired by oil. .
