Dear Mr. Zelano:
It has come to the attention of this Department that the condition of
the front entry roof at the above referenced property is in an unsafe
condition, there are loose and falling balusters and handrails. This
presents an immediate danger to the safety and welfare of the public and
must be corrected at once. I also noticed there was a baluster missing
from the first floor porch area which must also be corrected.
You are hereby requested to have these matters attended to within ten
(10) days of receipt of this letter and to notify this department when this
work has been completed.

matter.
