The Board of Appeal, after hearing the evidence presented at the hearing, makes the following findings of fact: 1 . The requested relief does not substantially derogate fro-7- nor nullify the intent and purpose of the Ordinance; 2. The relief requested will not be a substantial detriment to the public good. Therefore,the Zoning Board of Appeal voted unanimously to grant the petitioner the Special Permit requested provided that: 1 . The Beauty Salon operate between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday; and 2. Petitioner's business is by appointment only. Scotc E.
