assignment from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. acting solely as a nominee for SouthStar Funding,LLC
to The Bank of New York Mellon f/Wa The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholder of CWALT, Inc.,
Altenative Loan Trust 200741, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-J1 dated October 28,2011 recorded at
Essex County(Southern District)Registry of Deeds in Book 31020,Page 270,for breach of conditions of said mortgage
and for the purpose of foreclosing the same,the mortgaged premises located at 70 Leavitt Street, Salem,MA 01970 will
be sold at a Public Auction at 2:OOPM on March 2,2015,at the mortgaged premises, more particularly described below,
all and singular the premises described in said mortgage,to wit:
The Land at 70 Leavitt Street in said Salem with the buildings thereon bounded and described as follows:Beginning at
the northwesterly corner thereof on Leavitt Street by land now or formerly of Gauthier and thence running southerly by
said land of Gauthier sixty-five(65)feet to other land now or formerly of Therriault,thence turning and running easterly
by said land now or formerly of Therriault about forty-eight(48)feet to other land now or formerly of Therriault,thence
turning and running northerly by said land sixty-five(65)feet to Leavitt Street,thence turning and running westerly by
said Leavitt Street forty-eight and sixty-six one hundredths(48.66)feet to the point of beginning.

The premises will be sold subject to any and all unpaid taxes and other municipal assessments and liens, and
