Conservation Commission has considered your request for a
determination of applicability together with the plans submitted with it and
has made the-following- determination:

2. [ ] The entire area shown on the plans is subject to the Act and shall
require a filing of the Notice of Intent.
3. .[ ] Only the area described. below is subject to .the Act and shall-
require a filing of the Notice of Intent:

work is not dredging, .filling, removing, or altering, and there-
fore a Notice of Intent is not required.

tion from complying with all other applicable federal, state or local
statutes, ordinances, by-laws, and/or regulations.
7. Failure to comply with this determination and with all related statutes
and other regulatory measures shall be deemed cause to revoke or modify
the said determination.

To Whom It May Concern:
Please be advised that the above referenced lot contains
3,500 square feet and has no frontage.
It is the ruling of this Department that the above lot is
not buildable, in as much as it has insufficient square footage and
no frontage. .
It would take a determination of the Zoning Board of Appeals to
allow anything to be built on this site.
