August 15u', 2001 Board of Appeal City of Salem 120 Washington Street Salem, Massachusetts 01970 Dear Chairman Cohen, This note is to confirm what I understood from a phone conversation with the Clerk of the Zoning Board of Appeals today that the petitioner for 13 Lynn Street has decided to withdraw his petition for this meeting. I hope the petitioner does do this to allow a more fleshed-out rendering of his plans for a single family dwelling to replace the burned-out s4pture at 13 Lynn Street. e the neighborhood applauds his proposed efforts for a single family home at this ltess, more time is needed to completely realize the full extent of his proposal. We jgpk forward to meeting with him in the future. Sincerely, Regi R. 1 '' War City Councillor
