The proposed change in use of the premises does not depart
from the intent or purpose of the Zoning Ordinance nor from the
impact of its prior use or degree of use. The proposed use of the
premises will result in no increase in volume, traffic, or noise,
and shall not be more detrimental to the neighborhood than the
existing non-conforming use.
A special permit and variance allowing a building addition and
use thereof was granted by the Board of Appeal on January 27, 1969 .

tionar, and with Mr. Doyle abstaining, the Board voted unanimously to
