The work was initiated last Fall and is proceeding. There have been delays , however, and the work is not yet complete. Please also renew permit number 738 dated November 7, which covers replacement of roofing on the other side of the house. After erecting the dormer, the contractor felt that the weather was too cold to allow for proper sealing of the new roofing on the other. He recommended7waiting for spring to complete the roofing.
