Dear John Leclerc
Upon my Inspection of the gas piping of JDS realty of 50 Leach
st . Apt#2r. I found the gas piping to the gas lighting in this
apartment to have been cut off in the basement and the cap of the
old gas lighting had been removed to hang the light fixture from
thus any gas smell must have been a stagnent odor from years past
just left in the piping for when the cap was removed.
Boston Gas had also been out prior to my visit with their leak
testing equipment (sniffer) only to find the same thing that the
existing piping was fine and the old piping to be dead.

Dear Mr. Spinale:
Following a reinspection of your property located at 50 Leach Street, we found that the

I met with your contractor at the site and explained to him what he needed to due to
correct the problems.
Please contact me upon receipt of this letter to inform us as to what course of action you
will take to rectify this situation.
