Dear Sirs:
As I will be unable to attend the board meeting of October 20, 1993, I
want to inform you that I am opposed to the petition that changes the
owner occupied property in question
The owner had called me about signing the petition for the change, and I
refused; I told him, "no." He later called Mrs. Fraser of 20 Hersey Street
and informed her that I was in favor of the petition. She called me to
verify that and I told her it was untrue, and that I was opposed.
All tenants that own property on Hersey Street live in their respective
properties: one, two or three family homes. This petition would create an
absentee landlord house to which I am strongly opposed.
