We the undersigned, abutters of lot 59(13 Greenway Road), have no objection to the
variance sought by Helen Jenks and Mary Zappas. We understand the purpose of the
variance is to allow the owners to subdivide lot 59 from lots 60 and 61(15 Greenway
Road)and to sell it as a buildable lot. We feel that a new house built on the lot will not
change the character of the neighborhood.
