WE WERE PLEASED TO FIND THAT THE BOARD GRANTED THE PETITION IN THE FALL OF 1994 AND ARE HOPEFUL THE PETITION WILL BE APPROVED AGAIN AND THAT CONSTRUCTION WILL BECOME A REALITY SOON. THE VARIANCE WOULD ALLOW THE .PREMISES TO BE SUBDIVIDED. WE WOULD ALSO ASK THAT THE BOARD OF APPEALS GRANT A VARIANCE UP TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO FAMILY DWELLING ON THE PROPERTY.
