N December 30, 2013 Decision 0 City of Salem Zoning Board of Appeals Petition of ANDREW PERKINS requesting Variances under Section 4.1.1 Table of Dimensional Requirements of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to grant relief from the minimum lot area, minimum lot area per dwelling unit, minimum lot frontage, and minimum lot width requirements for the property located at 15 CHERRY HILL AVENUE (RI Zoning District). On December 18, 2013, the Board of Appeals met to discuss the petitioner's request to withdraw the above referenced petition without prejudice. The following Board of Appeals members Were present: Rebecca Curran (Chair), Annic Harris (rice Chair), Richard Dionne, 'rhomis Watkins, and David F,.ppley (Alternate).
