The Salem Zoning Board of Appeals met Wednesday,January 16, 2008 to discuss your request for
Withdrawal Without Prejudice for the request to appeal the Building Inspector's decision to deny a
sign permit for AllStar Collision.
The Board decided by a unanimous vote (5-0) to approve the request for Withdrawal Without
Prejudice.
