overflow tube and heel of tub on Mrs. Elaine Saunders second floor apartment
was leaking. The water flowed through the kitchen ceiling of Mrs. Grant's
apartment on the first floor and caused the kitchen lt�bt to short out.

The inspection revealed the following:
1 . The backstairs are in poor repair.
2. There are no handrails in the front stairway.
3. The front porches are unsafe and structurally unsound.
