The property that you own,mentioned above, is not secured and has been the subject of an uptick in homeless
activity. The property has been on the Police Departments radar for some time now.
Under the Authority of the Mass State Building Code 780 CMR section 116 through 116.5 , you are directed
to begin to remove or secure the property immediately. Failure to do so will result in daily fines and further
enforcement activity.
I would like to suggest an onsite meeting with myself. Salem P.D and Salem Fire to discuss your plan for the
short term use of the property.
