Mello: This office received a complaint on Friday, September 20, 1996 concerning the falling of bricks from the roof top chimneys at the above mentioned location . On September 23 , 1996 I conducted an inspection and found that the chimneys above the roof line need immediate attention. Bricks have fallen to the roof and onto the ground creating a dangerous hazard and safety situation for tenants and users of the driveway. Please see that immediate repairs are made to the two chimneys . Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken against you.
