Tenants of 160 Lafayette Street are using the City of Salem trash barrel, located curbside to dispose of their household trash. This is not the intent of this barrel. Please instruct your tenants to use the trash receptacles, that you provide them to dispose of household trash. Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this letter, to inform us as to what course of action you will take to rectify these violations.
