NOW COMES the Plaintiff,Elizabeth Long and submits the following interrogatories to the
Defendants City of Salem and Stanton Bigelow,Commission of Public Works,to be answered under oath

DEFINITIONS
As used in these interrogatories the following words have the following meanings:
1. Defendant shall mean and refer to the City of Salem and its agents,attorneys,
representatives or persons acting or purporting to act on his behalf;
2. Plaintiff shall mean and refer to Elizabeth A.Long and her trustees,employees,agents,
