Attached is an affidavit the sellers of 357 Jefferson tried to pass off today. They also
claimed the 2nd kitchen had been removed it was still there this PM when I visited.
They have been instructed to file for permits to remove the completely remove kitchen.
So keep an eye out for these folks

Ahmed, shall be purchasing the above-referenced property from Chiles Holdings,
Ltd. This letter shall confirm that we are aware that the property's legal occupancy
status is that of a single family residential dwelling. We are further aware that
pursuant to the City of Salem Zoning By-Laws that should any construction work ever
be undertaken in the property, in the future, we shall first apply for any required
building permits in connection therewith.
