attended the hearing.

Dear Sir;
In response to a )complaint from the Salem Board of Health
this department inspected the porches at 321 Jefferson Ave.
on November 2, 1977. The inspection revealed the porches
to be in poor repair and a hazard to the public safety and
welfare. You are ordered to contact this office within
fifteen .( 15) days of receipt of this notice with plans to
repair or remove the porches. A building permit will be
required prior to starting work.

I have hired "Gf andGf Construction" to fix the back porch.
They assured me that the job will be done as soon as possible.
I hired a plumber (Delaney Plumbing) to fix the first floor
bathroom problem.
I hired an electrician to provide the light in the den on
the second floor. This is finished. He will also straighten out
the switches.
All the sash cords have been fixed on the second floor.
The name plate has been put in the back hall of the second
floor in plafun view.
The first floor window has been fixed. The. second floor porch
screen has been provided.
