A search of the Registry of Deeds shows that he property in question, 28 Jackson Street, is owned by you. . We
are aware of several transfers and the most recent shows that you still own the property and that Dagen Correnti
may also have an interest in the property.
This property is overgrown and the roof is leaking causing more interior damage. The City and the abutters
have had to put up with this nuisance property for several years now. The City will not tolerate this any longer
You are directed to remove the overgrowth and to secure a building permit to repair the roof immediately
Failure to address these items will result in daily Municipal fines and further enforcement activities.
