While I was there I noticed the water pressure was inadequate for all three units. Plumbing Code Principle 42 Adequate Water Required. Tests were taken with all fixtures running. The Is' floor had good pressure, 2nd floor less pressure and 3`d floor minimum pressure. This problem must be fixed and reinspected before a Certificate of Occupancy can be issued. .
