We are planning to erect this silo so that deliveries to it can be made by using our main driveway and parking area rather than the small silo driveway area. This should decrease the number of times the small driveway area is utilized for deliveries , thus improving traffic conditions on Highland Avenue. We need the additional silo in order to allow purchases of plastic resin from more than one manufacturer at a time. The economics of the situation make this an important business decision for us .
