THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
Visited the site to review construction progress.
Framing at the clubhouse and the two garages is complete.No problems were noted
First and second floor framing are in place at building#4. First floor framing is in place at building#5. Foundations and first floor
slab are in place at building#3. Foundations are in place at building#2, and rebar is in place for the first floor slab,scheduled to be
poured tomorrow. Foundations are in place at building#1.
Regarding the framing around the stairs, a 2-2x4 post is acceptable between the second and third floor.Between the first and second
floor, use a 3-2x4 post or a 3-1/2"x3-1/2" PSL post.The proposed RTC44 rigid ties are not suitable to attach the framing around
the stair to the supporting post. Use a Simpson ECC44 column cap with an HW hanger. See 2 pages attached.
Stamped truss layout shop drawings have not been received at our office yet. Please forward as soon as possible,along with details
for any field modifications to the wood trusses.
No other issues were noted at this time.
The comments in this field report are a record of transactions that occurred at the site between those present. If there are any errors
or omissions please notify Aberjona Engineering in writing or all comments and directives shall be considered factual and
acceptable by all parties.
