O1970 RE: 41 Highland Avenue Dear Mr.Bucharowski: Due to a complaint received by the Neighborhood Improvement Task Force, I conducted an inspection and found the following violations: 1 . Rails missing on front steps . 2. Main house structure needs maintenance. 3. Remove shutters or repair. 4. Remove unregistered vehicle. 5. Overgrowth of grass and weeds on sidewalk side and at rear of property must be cut. (Fire hazard) 6. Garage and barns at rear of property are unsafe, must be demolished or major repairs performed. (Fire hazard) 7. Remove all debris around barn and garage. Please notify this department within fifteen ( 15) days upon receipt of this letter, to inform us as to what course of action you will take to rectify these violation.
