This Department has received some complaints regarding your commercial property. They are as follows
#1 The fence belonging to the abutting residential property was damaged by your tenant and needs to be
repaired.
#2 A derelict truck is being stored that is neither registered nor inspected in violation of City Ordinance and
needs to be removed immediately.
#3A tire display is blocking the sidewalk adjacent to Dunkin Donuts also in violation of City Ordinance and
needs to be removed immediately
#4 Per the Site Plan„ a painted line needs to maintained to define the sidewalk in front of the building. This
sidewalk area needs to be free from parked vehicles at all times
#5 Outside storage of debris and bulk item(ie)tires is prohibited
