permit x/679-95 . As of this date we have not received a
call for an inspection of work having been completed . If
work pertaining to permit X1679-95 has been completed,
please call for a final inspection. If work is still
ongoing please notify us of such, so we can continue to
monitor the work.
If this office does not hear from you within fifteen
( 15 ) days , your permit will be revoked and work will not
be certified per State Building Code .
