Dear Ms. Hinchey,
Previously I had written a letter(7/30/15) declaring that 36 Hazel was a grandfathered three
family dwelling. It was identified that the third floor apartment was lacking a second means of
egress. I recently inspected the work done on permit#B-16-770 to construct a second stairway
to the third floor. The work meets the State Building Code requirements and the Building
currently has no Building Code violations.
