Due to a complaint received through the Neighborhood Improvement
Committee hot line, I conducted an inspection of the above mentioned property
and found the following violations:
1 . Retaining wall located on the Laurel St. side of the property needs some
immediate repairs.
2. Replace missing downspouts.
3. Repair siding at corner as necessary.
4. Repair treads at rear stairs and also repair loose boards on porch.
5. Clean debris from porch and from side yard.
6. Install hand rail to stairwell going to second floor.
Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of
this letter as to what course of action you will take to rectify these
violations. Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken against
you.
