Dear Mr. Linehan:
An inspection of the fire damage at the above referenced property has
determined the property to be unsafe and a danger to the safety and welfare
of the public. Said property is to be immediately vacated and made secure.
The porches in the rear are to be removed immediately upon notice.
Under Massachusetts State Building Code Section 123.3,Removal or
making structure safe, you have until twelve o'clock noon of July 30, 1993,
as a notice has already been posted on the structure. Failure to comply
will result in the appropriate legal action being taken.
