debris against the privacy fence owned by the condo association next door. There is still
an issue remaining with more debis being covered by a black tarp that remains to be
taken away from the fence.

Dear Owner:
Due to complaints from neighbors I did an inspection of the property on July 10, 2000.
The Condo Association owns a fence between the two properties. There is lots of debris
and plywood leaning on the fence. The fence is a privacy fence and is not built to store
materials and such against.
Please be advised to remove all your debris from that side of the fence.
