One outlet in the North Bedroom was broken and shall be removed. There are also exposed wires that have to be concealed. A new outlet shall be installed. There was one broken outlet in the South side bedroom that was broken and one outlet was also loose in the same bedroom. A licensed electrician is required to file an electrical permit with the City of Salem, Mass. The work is to commence upon receipt of this letter. The work is required to be completed within 7 days.
