The Cemetery itself is a Grandfathered,Pre-existing use. Business uses are not allowed in a Residential Zoneas defined in the salem Zoning Ordiance ,Section 5-2. Therefore you are directed to cease and decist the Commercial use of the Garage and adjacent yard. If you feel you are aggrieved by this order, your appeal is to the Salem Zoning Board of Appeals.
