The report calls out several deficiencies including no keys to the knox box. Other problems mentioned were the dryer hookups in the basement and fire alarm problems. Under the authority of Massachusetts State Building Code 780 CMR, Section 103 an inspection,of the entire building has been set for November 12 at 1:00 p.m. An inspector from Health, Fire and Electrical will also be present.
