Committee hot line, I conducted an inspection of the above mentioned property
and the following violations were found:
1. Replace porch deck, hand rails and ballaster on rear porch.
2. Doors must be removed and windows installed on second and
third floors to allow natural light in stairwell.
Please notify this department upon receipt of this letter as to your
course of action to rectify these violations. Failure to do so will result in
legal action being taken against you.

this report will be submitted to the City Building Inspector.
