has an illegal apartment.

Failure to start this process within thirty (30) days will result in legal action being taken
against you in Salem District Court.

To Whom It May Concern:
This department has issued a temporary permit for units# 1 and#2.
Massachusetts Law only allows us to issue a Certificate of Occupancy if all life safety
issues and common areas are complete.
The only outstanding issues are appliance hookup for units 3 and 4. This is the only
reason a full Certificate of Occupancy has not been issued.
We have no doubt the minor issues will be resolved within the 30 day timeline.
