You are directed to remove your tenant from this unit and to secure the necessary building, electrical and plumbing permits to remove the plumbing and appliances from this unit. Failure to start this process within thirty (30) days will result in legal action being taken against you in Salem District Court. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter. Massachusetts Law only allows us to issue a Certificate of Occupancy if all life safety issues and common areas are complete. The only outstanding issues are appliance hookup for units 3 and 4. This is the only reason a full Certificate of Occupancy has not been issued. We have no doubt the minor issues will be resolved within the 30 day timeline. If further information is required, please contact me. m/cerely, Thomas St. Pierre Local Building Inspector
