Massachusetts State Building Code 780 CMR, Section
103 . 1 requires that all buildings and structures shall be
maintained in a safe operable and sanitary condition. All
- means of egress shall be maintained in good working order .
Therefore , you are directed to make the necessary
repairs or replacement of your deck . Please notify this
office within fifteen ( 15 ) days as to your intentions .
Failure to respond will result in legal action being
taken against you .
