Dear Mr . Harwood :
This office has received complaints concerning the
above mentioned property, and an inspection was conducted
on March 12 , 1996 .
I spoke with a gentleman that was doing some repairs
to the greenhouse, and handed him my business card, and
informed him to have you contact me . Apparently you have
no desire to do so.
#1 . You are in violation of doing repairs without proper
permit and must cease and desist doing so at once .
#2 . The greenhouse in a non-conforming structure, and you
must obtain a Special Permit from the City of Salem Board
of Appeals in order to use the structure .

the structural integrity of the building.
#4 . Any non-conforming use of land or structure shall
loose whatever right might otherwise exist to its
continuation under this section if said use of structure
shall be abandoned or not used for a period of two ( 2 )

#5 . Maximum lot coverage by all buildings in a R-1 ,
Residential District is 30%. It is the opinion of this
