Dear Mr . Munroe ,
I have been informed by you office that any yard with
an above ground pool over 3 ft . must have a fence around
it . That a fence on the pool itself is not sufficient .
I am the owner of 2 Berrywood Lane and am in the process
of building my house . I have four young children and am
extremely concerned about the abutting property. It is lo-
cated on the corner of Greenway and Berrywood and has an
above ground pool .
There is no fence aroung this pool . There is a stair-
way leading to it and I have not seen it made inaccessable
to small children.
I am extremely concerned that one of my children will
wander into that yard , climb the stairs and fall into the
pool .
I would greatly appreciate anything you can do about
this problem.
