The property at 5 Greenledge, that formerly housed Stutz Volvo's service center, is located in the
B-2 Highway Business zone. I have researched the Departments files and City records and the use of
the property for auto and truck repair predates the August, 1965 zoning changes. Therefore the use for
automotive repair is a grandfathered use and remains lawful unless abandoned for two or more years.
