Mr. Pierce,
A reinspection of the basement of your building was conducted today. Present were, Fire
Marshall, Lt Griffen, owner,Gary Pierce and Building commissioner,Tom St.Pierre. The
basement was cleaned up and walkways had been cleared to both the Electrical panel and the
heating system. This satifies our concerns regarding this issue.

Mr. Pierce,
1 was called to your property by Fire, Electrical, and Health Inspectors on Friday August 8"i.
They were concerned by the Electrical violations and by the large amount of combustible
materials in the basement. The Electrical panels had the covers off and one panel was jumped.
Numerous other Electrical boxes were open . The Fire Marshall,Lt. Griffin also had concerns
regarding the large amount of materials in the basement.
I am revoking your Occupancy Permit( State Building Code 780 C.M.R section 120) until such
time as a Licensed Electrician secures the proper permits and the Electrical work is completed
and Inspected. Addittionally, you are directed to remove the excess materials and all fuel cans
and Gasoline powered equipment from the basement.
If you fell you are aggrieved by this order, Your Appeal is to the Board of
Buildings,Regulations and Standards in Boston. If you have any questions, please contact me
directly.
