A request was recieved on August 15, 1986 from Mr. Joe Kerwin to
demolish a one-story, wood-frame garage at 21 Glendale Street. This
structure has been reviewed and was discovered to have been built
between 1874 and 1897. The building has no architectural or historical
significance. Therefore, according to the City' s Demolition Delay
Ordinance, signed into law on May 12, 1986, a majority of the following
people designated to review such structures under Section 1,
Paragraph (e) of the ordinance agree that a demolition permit should be
issued immediately.
