As per our telephone conversation the following violations must be
corrected at the above referenced property.
1. Apartment 1110 has front stair rail missing.
2. Roof boards must be repaired at second floor rear porch.
3. Carrying poles must be nailed at roof rear porch.
4. Rear entrance at first floor must be lit up from house meter during
dark hours.
5. Rails at second floor rear porch must be 42" in height and balusters
no more than 9" off center.
Please contact this office upon receipt of this notice so as to advise us
of your intentions to correct these violations.
