existing location and moving it to appropriate side of the building is feasible. The
construction would not nigger any Board of Appeal action or zoning relief.

As the result of an inspection of the premesis, structure, open la Cq ,
or vehicle owned, occupied, or otherwise under your control , the fol
lowing recommendations are made and shall serve as a notice of a viola l
of the laws , ordinances , or regulations pertaining to the prevention of
fire and the protection of life and property.
1- The removal of automatic smoke detectors on the third floor. As a result of
our conversation on July 24, 1992, you were ordered to replace the 120 V.A.C.
hardwired automatic smoke detector immediately.
2- This structure has only, one exit from the second and third floor. This vio-
lation is being referred to the Salem Building Depattment.
3- Work is being preformed without a building permit. Referred to the Salem Build-
ing Department.
4- Automatic smoke detectors on the first .f7oor must be relocated according to
mry directive issued during the siteeinspectian.
