Dear Mr. Scialdone:
I conducted a follow-up inspection of the above referenced property
concerning the hole in the garage roof. A letter was sent to you on June
the second requesting you make the necessary repairs and to secure the
garage. To date these repairs have not been accomplished.
You are hereby order to make said repairs within five (5) days of
receipt of this notice. Failure to comply will result in the appropriate
legal action being taken.

Dear Mr. Gaudreault:
On June 2, 1993 I sent you a copy of a letter that was sent to Mr.
Scialdone, owner of the above referenced property, regarding the condition
of the garage roof which is located on said property. As a result of this
letter, Mr. Scialdone wired the roof so as to prevent entry of unwanted
small animals. He also informed me that he would make roof repairs after
his neighbor was notified of the dead tree which was responsible for the
damage. According to Mr. Scialdone, the dead tree belongs to the neighbor
and he would like to see it removed in order to prevent any further damage.
I will continue to keep you informed as to the progress made.

Dear Mr. Schialdone:
A complaint has been received by this department regarding the
condition of the garage roof located at the above referenced site. Based
on this complaint, I conducted an on site inspection and found a hole in
the roof of said garage and a large tree limb lying across it. This
presents a dangerous condition as it enables raccoons and other small
animals easy entrance to the structure and allows them safe and convenient
haven for nesting. This situation must be corrected immediately as it
poses a threat to the safety and welfare of the public.
You are hereby requested to contact this office within five (5) days
.of receipt of this notice to advise us of your intentions regarding this
matter.
