Recommended Services.
Invoicing:
As in the past, in order to provide stability in our schedule, we request payment for Spring Services (Spring Clean Up, Edge
and Mulch) prior to scheduling. Spring Services will be invoiced separately from monthly maintenance services. Scheduling is
made on a first come, first served basis. Monthly maintenance services are payable in 7 monthly installments from April 1
through October 1 and are due upon receipt.
Prepayment Discount:
If you prefer to prepay your full season of monthly maintenance services, we are offering a 2% discount if you pay by cash
or check on or before April 1st. Please note, this discount does not apply to credit card payments. If you need assistance or

Auto-Pay:
We want to make managing your landscaping services as convenient and simple as possible. To help ease the invoicing
process, we highly recommend setting up automatic payments for your invoices. You will still receive all invoices, but auto-
pay saves you time. If you would like assistance setting this up or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Professional Fence Mesh Installation
Install mini-mesh fencing along the existing black fence surrounding the entire pool deck area.
Secure the mesh to the existing fence using heavy-duty zip ties to block open sections and improve pool-area
safety.
Reattach existing pool safety signs, hooks, and related accessories to the newly installed mesh fencing upon
completion.
