Dear Mr. & Mrs. Estratios:
It has been brought to my attention that some damage has
been done to the wall and fence belonging to your neighbor.
The damage appears to have been caused by your Swimming
Pool Contractor, Mr. Hugo Helmar, whose Salem Builder' s License
is #97.
I have been instructed by the Electrical Department not to
issue any wiring permits for the pool.
I will be very reluctant to issue a Certificate of Compliance
(which is required before a wiring permit can be issued) until the
damage is repaired to Mr. Mancinis' satisfaction.
Please submit a Certified Plot Plan as soon as you have a
registered land surveyor prepare one.
