Dear Mrs. Daffe:
It has come to the attention of this Department that you are in
violation of the Salem Zoning Ordinance that does not provide for boarders
of any kind in a R-1 zoned district.
You are therefore required to Cease and Desist from your illegal
activity immediately or suffer the consequences that may be imposed on
you by the District Court.
Violations of the Zoning Ordinance are considered to be a Misdemeaner
and are subject to a fine of not more than $100.00 for each violation.
Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate violation.
